1. Scope of Services
Assuranty LLC provides mobile notary services, including the notarization of documents such as affidavits, powers of attorney, real estate documents, and other legally permissible items, at a location of the client’s choosing. We also offer Remote Online Notarization (RON), depending on jurisdiction.
2. Appointment Requirements
=A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for each signer.
=All signers must be mentally aware and willing to sign the documents.
=The document(s) must be complete, with no blank sections.
=The notary has the right to refuse notarization if identification is inadequate or if coercion or impairment is suspected.
3 Limitations of Service
=We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.
=Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are prepared correctly before notarization.
=We cannot notarize documents that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or violate state laws.
=Our notary services are performed in good faith and under state laws.
=We are not liable for document content, legal outcomes, or damages resulting from the use of notarized documents.

We treat all client information and documentation with the utmost confidentiality and privacy, in accordance with applicable laws.
